The project involved the planning and design of the Asia Pacific headquarters for the Bank. The project covers some 230,000 sq ft of office space on 11 and a half storeys at One Raffles Quay North Tower, Singapore and a 200,000 sq ft office restack at Suntec Tower 5 amounting to some 430,000 sq ft of office fit outs.

There are three basic components to the project. The client and amenity floors covering approximately 40,000 sq ft, the trading floor for 300 traders and general office for the balance of the space.

Project highlights include a client contact area on the 49th and 50th-storey of the commercial tower. A client reception forms the extension of the lift lobby on the 50th-storey, offering spectacular views of the Bay. The entire floor holds conference and dining rooms of various configurations, including four panorama rooms at the corners and a state of the art boardroom. An internal link was established to connect all 12 levels of the office space. A generous breakout area and training rooms are located on the 49th storey.

On the east of the core, the slab on the 50th-storey was punctured to create a double volume space for an auditorium. This 115-seat auditorium offers a magnificent view of Marina Bay 50-storeys in the air. The stage backdrop is designed as a double-glazed separation as opposed to the traditional solid enclosure. The client contact area was completed at the end of 2007.
