Strategically located in the heart of Singapore’s commercial business district, Robinson Tower is poised to stand majestically at Robinson Road, standing as both beacon and destination of inspiration and excellence in commercial and retail development.

One of Superluck Properties’ initial forays into commercial and retail development, Robinson Tower is comprised of a 7-storey retail podium, 17-storeys of commercial offices, roof gardens on top of both podium and tower, sky garden pockets and a fully automated mechanized car park in the basement.

Our work is focused on architectural documentation and detailing, interior design documentation and detailing and design coordination of the project.

Robinson Tower has a total of 29-storeys and an overall height of 180 meters with a typical tower floor plate of 10,600 sq ft and a typical podium floor plate of 15,000 sq ft. It showcases tiered landscape roof gardens spanning 3 podium floors and a 29-meter high roof garden at the tower.

The grade A office development has also been planned to achieve and be recognized as a Green Mark building, a green building rating system which is the local equivalent of LEED, with the target to obtain a rating of Green Mark Gold Plus.
